About Your Role:
This is a seasonal position with an anticipated employment period from December 2024 to February 2025. Although temporary, this role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Sending Curation.
As a Campaign Coordinator, you will dive into the details of Campaign Curation, supporting the Campaign Services team in various capacities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with gift ideation and developing creative pitch decks.
- Quoting and converting pricing across multiple currencies.
- Tracking and managing project progress within the Campaign Services queue.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Support, Buyers, and Supply Planning Analysts, to ensure the success of each campaign. Additionally, you’ll expand your gifting expertise by researching unique gift items and discovering new vendors to enhance our offerings.
This role is perfect for someone eager to explore the art of gifting while contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced team.
Your Typical Day
- Collaborate with Campaign Curators by assisting with idea generation, creating pitch decks, providing quotes, managing projects, and processing orders.
- Take ownership of internal tasks such as tracking project progress, providing updates, coordinating with the warehouse, and streamlining processes for better organization.
- Lead select projects under the guidance and approval of the Campaign Curators (Project Managers).
- Research vendors and discover unique gift items to enhance our gifting database.
Your Experience
- Strong customer focus with exceptional attention to quality and detail.
- Proven ability to interact and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all levels of seniority.
- Comfortable presenting to clients of all sizes, both in-person and virtually.
- Skilled at delivering results under pressure, working independently, and taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience working successfully in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in GSuite and Apple products; Salesforce experience is a significant plus.

- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
