Logistics Support Specialist

Position Title: Logistics Associate

• You are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
   
• You are detail-oriented, comfortable with cross-functional communication, and take ownership of resolving order-related issues.
   
• You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and carriers.
   
• You thrive on solving problems and suggesting workflow improvements when you spot recurring issues.

• Monitor and manage client cases in the ticketing queue (Zendesk), ensuring timely responses and SLA compliance.
   
• Assist with product uploading, editing, and other data entry tasks to support the logistics team.
   
• Review order status to ensure smooth processing and on-time fulfillment.
   
• Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
   
• Release order holds, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
   
• Pull and analyze reports for inventory, orders, or financial adjustments as needed.
   
• Maintain documentation on case status and resolution steps for accurate tracking.

• Experience in logistics, order management, customer support, or data entry; vendor/client communication experience preferred.
   
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
   
• Proactive and comfortable managing multiple cases independently within 30–45 days.
   
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with Zendesk or CRM/ticketing systems a plus.

• You have experience working in a warehouse environment, but not required.
• You have worked with warehouse management systems or order management systems.
