Job Summary:
Sendoso is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with 2–3 years of AP experience to support our growing finance operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and clear communication with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and code invoices in alignment with internal policies and approval workflows
- Manage vendor onboarding, W-9 collection, and maintain accurate vendor records
- Assist with weekly payment runs, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting
- Participate in process improvement projects to streamline AP workflows and improve efficiency
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a SaaS and US Based company
- Experience using ERP systems as well as procurement platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Netsuite & Tipalti
- Familiarity with 1099
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling environment
